| AR Second Amendment March |

This is the initial blog for Arkansas Second Amendment March. I am Steve Skillern, Arkansas coordinator for Second Amendment March. You can read about the National Second Amendment March at the website www.secondamendmentmarch.com.
Our goal is to take as many Arkansans as possible to the Second Amendment March in Washington, D.C., on April 19, 2010. Arkansas Second Amendment March will be sponsoring fundraisers and meetings all over the State, leading up to a state-wide rally in Little Rock sometime in late February or early March 2010.
I will try to write a new blog weekly with updates to Arkansas events and news. Anyone who is part of Arkansas Second Amendment March working group may post here. This blog is open by invitation to those wanting to join who know people already in the group. Posts are limited to members.
A meeting will be held by the Jonesboro group on October 22, 2010, at Ryan's Steakhouse at 7 p.m.
I am working on a calendar that will include locations around the state where I will be on any given date. On October 22, I will be interviewed by Dave Elswick on KARN News Radio at about 3 p.m. I think the interview will be recorded and edited, so I'm not sure when it will be aired. I will try to get a copy for a podcast and see if I can put it on the blog.
I am trying to get a table at the gun show to be held November 27-29 at the Jonesboro Fairgrounds.
Thanks to Robert and Jane for helping to form the Northeast Arkansas group. Thanks to Iris and Debbie for their efforts in getting the word out. Thanks to Teresa for her efforts to get Central Arkansas involved. Each member's efforts to jump start the group's activities are greatly appreciated.
