| What is wrong with people?

I just don't get it. Yeah, a lot of people think I am a bitch here. Oh well.
Did you see on the news those teen that beat up the one girl and tried posting it on youtube? How about the 11 and 10 y/o that pulled another 10 y/o off the monkey bars and kicked her? They SHATTERED her hip. Do you realize how hard or how many time you need to kick someone to shatter their hip? On the news they were talking about this story and had some guy come one, he was a lawyer or something, and asked him what he thought should happen to the two girls. He said NOTHING on the legal side. He said the school should have enough inplace to take care of this situation and punish these girls! Ok, a 4 y/o knows not to hit someone! AND it is not the school job to keep these kids in check. Schools barely have enough money to pay the teachers and get all the supplies they need.
All these problems are the parents fault. Not the schools, not TV, not society. The parents!
On the news today it was talking about teens sending naked picture texts and how it is the new normal thing for dating. One way to fix that? Don't pay for those services on your childs cell phone. Problem solved.
I just can't get over the shattered hip girls. How violent is their homes where they think it is ok to do that to someone?
I know a lot of people have said I should never have kids but they have never seen me with kids. Believe it or not I am great with kids. Funny how you need a license to drive a car. You have to wait until you are 21 to drink. 18 to vote. There are no controls on who can have kids. Some people should just keep their legs shut.
I really think that the way some children act is a direct sign of neglect. |

I cannot believe that children could do that to another child. That is so sad.
Like the 3 year old that was abducted, and tortured and eventually murdered by two 7 year olds in the UK all those years ago - that still haunts me.
I am so protective over my kids due to things like this, the world certainly has changed.

hey mrsdragon, how u feeling lately? hope all is going well. i agree with easytosay. i remember that story she is referring to. it was terrible. when i have my grandkids with me someone would have to go through my dead body before they could touch them. i've crawled through hell before and i'd go there again for a child, any child. k
