In Virginia you have to get a state inspection every year. SO WHY THE HELL ARE THERE SO MANY BROKEN DOWN CARS!!! I have never seen so many broke down cars on the side of the road. Or in the tunnels, or on the off ramp. Why the hell are they all broke? It's not like the driving conditions are rough? I know rough! (Alaska.) These people suck! I will never live here again! (Unless I find a really cool castle here but I doubt that will happen.) Fuck Virginia!
