To: Everyone who get's mad when I say stuff about
I think everyone is missing my point. First off, I am in the miltary so anyone that I talk about at my work has no excuse for being fat. NONE! Second, I have no need to worry about my weight. I have good matobolism, (i know it's spelled wrong) I naturally eat healthy because that is just the foods I like, I like to exercise to a certain point because it is fun and feels good, (I am NOT a fan of running) and I look good naked. Have you ever noticed that it is socially acceptable for someone to say, "Dang girl! You're as skinny as a rail, you need to eat." Or "You must only weight 'a buck' if that..." etc. It is ok to make comments about skinny people but if I went up to someone and said, "Hey, you're looking a little thick, you should hit the gym." I would be punched in the face. I don't care if you are fat or not, both my parents are over weight. I have seen my mother struggle with her weight for ever. Sometimes it is just your genes but for most people now a days it is their life style. Being chunky and needing to lose a few pounds is ok. I do have a problem with people who are obese, or who complain about being fat around me and are not taking any action to get more in shape. Do you people realize we are one of the fattest countries in the world? Look around. It is horrible. How many people do you know have had heart attacks and strokes? How many are getting diabetes from being over weight? How many people do you see sweating after climbing one flight of stairs? I do agree that alot of people have an unrealistic view on how skinny should look. Models being size -00 with doubles "d"s don't really help either. People need to stop lashing out at me for voicing my opinions just because you happened to be like the person I am bitching about. It always amazes me that the blogs where I just bitch get the most rude comments and when I feel like getting people going I might get one or two.....

I was a size four before I got pregnant with my daughter, I had a high motabolism. I got really BIG!! Yes, you do have to worry especially if your parents are big. but it has been my experience this time around that you can watch you weight during pregnancy and you can work out. There is alot of fat people in the navy and they are all starting to get kicked out! So get that 'I'm skinny I won't gain weight' out of you head and think prevention baby girl. And sure you have an opinion and you have the right to voice it but is 'fat bitch' really necessary. being that I spent about 6 months fat myself, it really stricks a nerve and can hurt really bad, especially if the person was always skinny before. you know?

Being fat is not as easy as you think. It's not a choice for some people. I was a size 4/6 for a long time. I got sick and could not excercise or sweat for over a year! I went up to a size 14. After 3 surgeries, I was able to start working out and have leveled out at a size 8 but it's contstant thinking about what I eat. I also have to work out to mantain that. It's not as easy for everyone.
