If one more fat person tries to tell me what I can and can not do while being pregnant I am going to freak the fuck out! Technically I can still run right now if I wanted to. I have these fat bitches telling me I can't even do the flamingo stretch. You can keep doing what ever physical activities you were before (to a curtain extent) as long as you don't increase your loads. I don't understand why fat people try to encourage laziness. The not running part I don't mind but stretching? They aren't even like flexbilty stretches, they are the normal grade school stretch before you pt stretches. Then I had this fat bitch call me out in front of my Chief on wether I was going to pt or not. If I am almsot 6 months pregnant and still am slimmer then you, don't worry about my exercise! Fat people make me sick. Then I have this lady at work complainning about her weight and what is she eating for lunch? TACOBELL!! And she never goes to PT!!! We also have this chic which came straight from "a" school which is like 6 months and you pt three times a week there and right before that you are in bootcamp and you pt everyday there and she has a hard tiem keeping up when we pt!? She should be in the top of the pt-ers! Stupid fat people! UGH!! |

Woah.
Stretching can be a problem if it leads to strained muscles in your tummy or back pain: the normal advice is to warm up well before you exercise, and think before you lift or stretch excessively in your daily life.
But the main point is that if your body is used to it, you are probably ok (the emphasis most people need is usually to keep exercising in pregnancy rather than cut down!)

I have a book all about this..
After month four, avoid exercising while lying on your back. By this stage of pregnancy, your uterus is large enough to compress the major blood vessels. Some random stuff about how lifting your legs above your waist can be really bad. Mostley everything else is fine as long as your exercising to stay healthy and not loose weight... I don't think it matters what you look like anyone because you have an ugly ass personality. Fat people can loose weight and can be pretty, funny and have great personilities... sorry about your luck you'll be an ugly skinny BITCH the rest of your life.

I sincerely hope that you don't raise your child to be so vain and narrow-minded.

Did you ever think that those "fat bitches" were just trying to help you? You know, make sure the BABY is going to be okay? And that girl complaining at work has just as much right to complain about her weight as you do complaining about her. You can complain all you want, but maybe you could just be a little more gentle. "Fat bitches" have feelings too, although I doubt someone of your mentality would realize that.

I have to admit that the 'fat bitches' comment was wrong. but you are early in you pregnany and will probably get fat yourself. I did with my first I gained 60 LBS, but I lost it all with in six months, which is what kept me in the navy. So what i will say to you is, forget what everybody else has to say about what you can and can not do just listen to your doctor! I am in my 8 1/2 month into my second pregnancy and in better shape then alot of other women in the navy. streching is great cardio is great and jogging is great as long as you did it before regulary before you pregnancy and as long as you do not develope any complications. I understand what you are going through because I went from having a banging body to becoming a whale and I had 6 months to get back into body weight and be able to pass the PRT. and as for that bitch who questioned weather or not you had to p.t. for get about her you know they hate pregnant women in the navy! just do what you got to do. stay in shape but do it safely.
