I gotta say I have loved my pregnancy bump from day one, but I think thats because I found it so hard to concieve, eight years to be precise. The bump is my reminder that hey, I did it. My last pregnancy ended at 5 months and I never really showed like I do now with this one. I'm a big girl so I had stretch marks before, and so they dont bother me, but as I understand there is some cream you can get to help them disappear - although whether there is much point until after the birth, cause I hate to say it, you'll likely get more! :-)
I do feel as though my body is not my own anymore, and occassionally bump will come between me and the table, or whatever...but I tell myself its worth it, its all worth it, for that life inside me.
Happy pregnancy xx |

I think it just really depends on what kind of skin you have. With my daughter I didn't have any until delivery. I got one right through the pubes and two on each hip that were easily hid with panties. With my son again almost before his due date I ended up with about 5 more all light and low. My sister that had one kids got tons! She used lotion all the time. I never did I can't stand to feel sticky or slick with that stuff! My cousin got huge deep dark ones from top to bottom with her first kid. I hate to say it but most every one I have talked to got the most of them in the last month.
If they are light they might fade. Mine didn't really fade but they do tan. |
