Just do it. Plus it's good for you. There are worse tasting things out there and the taste doesn't linger.... Just be mentally prepared but don't have him warn you of the exact moment. you will be more concerned about the surprise then the taste. Plus cooter juice is way worse then cum and i'm sure he has that in his mouth all the time.... ;)

Granola bars.... Alot of people do not realize but eating more helps you loose weight. If you eat something in the morning your matabolism kicks in and starts off bright and early instead of not until lunch. As for salad the dressing is the killer. A salad can be as fat as a hamburger with all the dressing plus stuff like olive add alot too. Soda, dam, gets me too. Try cutting down slowly but switching to sprite then cut back from there. That water thing REALLY REALLY helps. (Water sucks.) As for your night routine, how about you can't watch your favorite show unless you have done something first? (as in working out or walking.) Finding a work out buddy really helps too and makes it fun. Why not buy a really cute dress in the size you want, then you have to get working so you can wear it?
