I know it's lame and it sucks but working out or doing some sort of activity will help. (I have super mad sleep problems.) Benadryl also help and is non habit forming.

Both my sisters have alot of mental health issues. I am glad that your parents are helping her and not ignoring and it seems that you are dealing with it well. If you need someone to talk to hit me up. Both of my sisters have been in and out of "mental health clinics" for the past 2 years... I know what it's like.

To make a long story short the Navy has been screwing me over in my pay and my husband has money issues too. We had to live off 300 a month for about 4 months. Crazy huh!? We had a $30 christmas from the dollar store and he didn't even make me a card or anything! I got nothing! Christmas is depressing sometimes....

I don't know the whole story behind you and your husband but if he isn't allowing you live like you want maybe you should leave. You are the one dying. Do everything you want now. Have you seen "The Bucket List"? They diffinently lived like they were dying. (I know money can be an issue.) But hey you won't have to pay it back. (That is a joke.) If you have things you want to do before you go, go do them. This is going to sound horrible but I don't mean it that way: You will be dead in a bit anyways, you family can deal with you being "gone" a little sooner. Go and Live Life.
