Aliens

So this might sound crazy to some - and it very well may be CRAZY.

But, my parents think I was abducted by aliens as a child. (seriously) If you were to ask them, they would tell you the same story - word for word - and they have been divorced for like 15 years or more, so they don't usually agree on things.

When I was just a baby, my family (mom, dad, older brother by 2 years) went to Ocean City, MD for our summer vacation. During the time of year we went, it was very busy. We couldn't find a vacant hotel for the first night, so my dad parked his truck inbetween some sand dunes on the beach. (at that time, in the 80's, this was legal to do.) I was still in a car seat. When we woke up the next morning, my parents noticed a scar on my nose. Not a scratch, not a cut, and no dried blood. Just a scar. A scar that was never there before. (My mom later did research and found that aliens like to do their abducting near sand dunes) Anyway - so there appears this scar - which I still have. No one knows how it got there.

A few years later - old enough for me to be able to talk - but still young enough to be in a crib. My grandparents from Florida are staying at our house overnight. When my mom wakes up the next morning I am already awake and standing in my crib. I asked her if she saw the alien outside my window last night. She is confused. So she goes downstairs to start making breakfast. My grandparents ask her if she saw the spaceship over by the railroad tracks last night. (WEIRD) They had seen a bunch of flashing lights, so they looked out the window. Apparently they saw what I must have seen.

I don't know if I was ever really abducted by aliens. I have no memory of such a thing. But I can't say that I discount it ever happening. I have always had a fascination with ghosts, aliens, and the like. I remember wasting hours sitting by my window at night hoping to see a passing spaceship. I think I might have seen a couple. But who knows.

I have always felt "special" in a way. I could see ghosts, and "things" always happened which frightened me - but I will save those stories for another day. Could I have been abducted? My boyfriend likes to joke with me and tells me the aliens will come back for me one day. I at least hope that if they do come back - I will remember what happens.
