Dasar! urn:uuid:28a11f69-72c7-75dd-c1e2-9a5328a04dd4 2008-05-31T03:39:43-04:00 Sebenernya kejadiannya udah aga lama, 2 minggu yg lalu tepatnya 17 Mei 2008. Tapi berhubung waktu tu lagi pusing2nya ngurus skripsi n pendadaran jadinya baru sempet post sekarang (harap maklum). begini kejadiannya....

Sore, jam 17.50 biz pulang dari kantor aku rencananya mo ambil duit di ATM Mandiri UPN Veteran Yogyakarta yg baru. Kebetulan pas lewat pulang juga. Nah sampe situ langsung ta masukkin ATM ke lobang..... bla... bla.... duitnya udah diambil... eh... eh.... ko aneh.... (perasaan ATM yg ni aga beda, mungkin karena baru)... masa ATMnya susah diambil. Begitulah... karena kecerobohanku tu kartu ATM langsung masuk ke dalam kembali + muncul tulisan yg klo gak salah intinya ky gni "ATM Anda tertelan, silahkan hubungi Bank Mandiri Terdekat". HWAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! kaget aku... ko bisa.... Langsung ta hub sang satpam yg lagi pada duduk.... n ternyata mereka gak ada yg bisa bantu gmn caranya biar kartu ATMku bisa diambil lagi. Dari pada kelamaan nunggu jawaban yg gak jelas mending aku ke Mandiri Gejayan aja, setauku kan disana ada satpam yg jaga, barangkali aja bisa bantu.


Sampe di Mandiri Gejayan, langsung ta ketok2 pintu garasi (kata tukang parkirnya, satpamnya ada di dalam... diketok2 aja). Lamaaaaaa.... banget aku ketok2... baru keluar. Langsung deh aku tanyain gmn caranya biar kartu ATMku bisa diambil secepatnya. Pak satpamnya jelasin sambil aga marah2 gtu (mungkin perasaanku aja, cz keliatannya dy baru aja makan n X aja aku gangguin). Katanya yg bisa ngambil tu Mandiri pusatnya cz ATM UPN kan letaknya bukan di ATM Bank-nya. Klo misal kartunya
tertelan di ATM yg di Bank Mandiri si bisa aja langsung diambil ma satpam yg jaga. N aku disuruh ke Mandiri Pusat (Mandiri Soedirman).

Ya udah deh..... aku nyerah aja..... mending pulang aja... udah sore n cape,..... Uh... dasar lagi sial, pas mo belok ringroad bensinnya abizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... DAMN!!!! tapi untung aja di depan aja yg jual bensin. Yah gapapa deh 6ribu (waktu tu belom BBM belom naik loh.....).

Dijalan aku mikir2... pengen cari info misal kartu ATM tertelan tu gimana.... So.... aku mampir bentar ke warent yg deket kos. Trus nyari2 artikel tentang kartu ATM yg tertelan. Ternyata banyak juga yg ngalamin ky aku. Aku cari info juga di web Bank Mandiri (www. bankmandiri.co.id). Mumpung sempet aku contact aja pihak mandiri.... X aja bisa bantu. Langsung ta isi

form lengkap.... trus ta klik "Submit" Eh... eh... ko error yah??? ato mang browsernya yg error yah (aku pake browser Opera). Ta coba berulang-ulang tapi sama aja hasilnya... Server Error!!!! Ta coba pke IE juga sama. Ko bisa ky gini yah???? Klo web bank bukannya seharusnya aplikasinya bener n really really secure.... tapi ko gini y...



Pulang dari warnet aku mampir ke wartel, telp Mandiri Soedirman (dapet nonya di internet). Untung aja ada yg angkat. Pasti ni pak satpamnya. Langsung ta tanya deh... bla... bla.... "Mending mba dateng Senin besok kesini biar lebih jelasnya". Gitu katanya. "Ok deh pak, Senin besok jam 08.00 aku ta kesitu".. hufff.... udah aga lega aku... tinggal ke Mandiri Soedirman besok senin....



Senin, 19 Mei 2008 jam 08.00 teng aku udah di Mandiri Soedirma... ngantri bersama Ibu2 n Bapak2.... Loh... ko prasaan ada yg aneh y.... Langsung ta tanya 'mas' satpam... eh ternyata oh ternyata..... aku salah Bank!!!! Harusnya tu di Mandiri yg sebelah Barat, yg depan Bank Niaga. Untung aja tadi nanya... ntar bisa kehabisan waktu aku disitu... gile aja....


Ampe di Mandiri soedirman yg depan Bank Niaga.. Langsung ta tanya pak satpamnya. "Pak klo masalah kartu ATM tertelan kemana y?" n the answer iz... aku disuruh ke bagian ATM Tertelan, di basement. Langsung aku lari kesana... langsung du2k n langsung tanya ma Ibu sp... (lupa aku). Bingung juga aku pas disitu... mending ke atas aja... lapor dulu....


Ampe atas... nagntri (dapet no 8) lumayan nunggu sekitar 10 meinitan aku dipanggil n dapet CS Mba Ade. Ma Mba Ade aku disuruh ngisi formulir... dlll... Uh... untung aja hari ini ada jadwal pengisian uang di ATM Mandiri UPN. So.. aku disuruh dateng hari rabu (selasa tanggal merah) jam 09.00.


Begitulah...... langsung aja aku ke kantor... untung aja ni masih jam 09.00. Pas nyampe kantor ta itung tadi dari Bank ke kantor memakan waktu 16 menitan. Uh... ternyata lumayan juga... tu juga aku lewat jalan yg gak kena lampu merah biar cepet.

08.45 aku berangkat dari kos... nyampe sama langsung ke bagian ATM Tertelan.... ternyata udah ngantri.. udah ada sekitar 3 orang yg di bagian ATM Tertelan. N di biz aku juga ada Ibu2 yg ngantri juga. Tiba giliranku... langsung ta kasih formulir yg udah diisi di atas kemaren. Blaa.... bla.... ditanyai ini.. itu untuk konfirmasi aja. Biz tu langsung deh dikasih kartu ATM

ku... Ah,.... ATMku... I mizzz U........

Tadi ditanya apa udah ada penanganan???. bla... bla.... wah ternyata komplainku yg ta kirim lewat web Bank Mandiri berarti terkirim dong... hehe.... padahal aku kirimnya ta ulang-ulang loh... berarti masuk semua dong.... hihi.... n kemaren klo gak salah tanggal 28 Mei 2008 ada email masuk, konfirmasi dari Bank Mandiri)

Bangun pagi... (jam 05.35an)
Langsung baca-baca lagi... gak tau baca apaan.. perasaan cuma ta bolak-balik aja halamannya ampe habis..... Isinya boro2 inget... biz tu mandi jam setengah7an..... eh ada cerita lucu tadi pas aku lagi baca-baca di atap...
Kata mbaku tadi biz ada yg telp... eh pas ta liat ternyata ByU..... Hwahaha..... lucu... asik...... akhirnya ByU ngomong juga ma mbaku. Beruntung X km U!!!!! hehehe........ (ada sesuatu yg sebelomnya ByU gak mau ngomong apalagi ketemu ma mbaku).... Ampe terpingkal-pingkal aku klo inget kejadian tadi...

Berlanjut lagi..... biz mandi... siap2... (pakebaju baru, hehe...) trus memprotoli si CPU... jangan ampe ada yg ketinggalan.... terus....... ke kempus deh... untung jadwalku pagi, jadi muka masih seger n dikampus juga masih aga sepi jadi enak pas jalan bawa2 CPU......

Sebenernya rencanaku kemaren mo pake notebook punya mantanku (hayo sp????), tapi berhubung orang yg dituju udah dihubungi n ta sms puluhan kali tapi gak ada jawaban.. akhirnya aku pasrah aja.... gak usah pake notebook aja gpp.... kayaknya mang lebih gampang pke CPU sendiri aja.... bisa lebih mudah nyari filenya..... Taw gak... taw gak????? Si mantanku tu baru bales pas siang2 aga sore... dy baru bilang gak bisa cz dy lagi ada di Bandung dari kemaren..... YA AMPUN... teganya gak bilang dari semalam... padahal kan kemaren kamu udah ta jemput dari stasiun... biz pulang dari Bandung juga... Trus kesana ngapain lagi to????? Setauku kan km kt4 cewemu... n katanya HPmu dari tadi padi di cewemu... pantesan aja... telp n smsku semuanya gak ada yg jawab..... OK deh gpp... I'm still OK......


Nyampe kampus.... melewati tangga... n akhirnya ampe ruangan Pixel t4ku ntar didadar. Begitulah.... aku mang paling rajin... dateng paling awal.... sepi... nyampe dalam langsung ta sambungin deh ke monitor yg aga menyilaukan (ruangannya deket jendela). Alhamdulillah... semuanya nyambung gak ada masalah......
 langsung deh ta gunain waktu buat baca2 lagi.... mba ta suruh nunggu diluar aja.

Buat ngilangin setressssssss(???) aku jalan2 aja kesebelah... lihat lagi pada ngapain... sampai akhirnya.... ada 3 dosen yg masuk ke ruanganku... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaa...

Setelah Bu Krisna tanyain apa aku ini.. itu... mulailah presentasiku.... ntah berapa lama (waktu yg disediain 5menit) presentasiku gak ta jelasin semua... cuma yg perlu2 aja. biz presentasi.. masuklah ke tahap tanya-jawab.....

Yang pertama tanya p'Bambang... sambil men-demo-in aplikasiku.. p'Bambang tanya2... ya ampun... aku salah jawabnya!!!!!!!!! akh... trus ditanya dfd... normalisasi..... katanya yg ada di skripsiku salah semua... wa..... bingung aku!!!! Trus ditanya juga seputar php...... (maaf Bu Krisna..... aku gak bisa jawab dgn bener)

Trus giliran p'Melwin. Beliau nanya soal ini.. itu.. itu lagi... ternyata aku ngawur juga jawabnya... ditanya juga soal pendaftaran domain n cari upload file (yg ni aku yakin klo jawabanku bener!!!!)


Trus terakhir giliran Bu Krisna yg nanya... beliau nanya konsep... dll

Eh ada yg terakhir lagi... p'Bambang nanya lagi....


Entahlah... aku ngawur aja jawabnya,,, yg penting bisa jawab. biz tu Bu Krisna bilang udah selesai..... hasilnya bisa dilihat ntar sore... iya Bu... so... berakhirlah pendadaranku hari ini!!! Aku ampe gak nyadar udah berapa lama tadi aku dibantai. Tapi perasaan bentar banget deh... kayak gak ada setengah jam... padahal si katanya 1 jam gtu....

biz beres2.... aku pulang deh.... alhamdulillah.... aku bisa melewati pendadaranku... ntah apapun hasilnya aku insya Allah terima... Tapi ntar aku nitip liatin ma temen aja ha.... kebetulan si Mar1 dapat hari ini juga. Aku mo jalan2 ke JEC (liat pameran) trus ke Amplaz ampe sore nanti... aku gak berani ke kampus liat pengumumannya....

moga aja hasilnya memuaskan.... amin... cz aku gak mau ngecewain kluarga n temen2 yg udah ngedoain aku....
