Within A Second
there was a little boy
not over the age of two
his mother came in panic
screaming not knowing what to do
the boy was covered in blood
as the doctors were in full alert
grabbing the boy from her arms
for he was severly hurt
there was a wound in his chest
right above his heart
for i held the bloody hole
so he wouldnt bleed apart
now the boy was still
for his heart had a fragel beat
he was fighting for his life
as he lied in the hospital sheets
then with in a second
the little boy was dead
for i began to cry
as my hand held his head
