How important to you is it to rate someones blog when you have read it?

and does it bother you when a person forgets to rate yours?

I always try to remember to rate a blog, especially if someone has put alot of effort into it.

A lot of times what I am reading will have me in another world to where I forget to rate.....

I try to respond thought, unless it is too deep...

a comment is much more important. If I read I comment. real feed back is a comment.

If the person wants to rate it that's fine with me but it doesn't bother me personally. Although I do try to rate blogs from others.
