first of all, i'd like to thank everyone for their prayers!! thank you, thank you, sooo much!!!
cuz it worked!!! who says there's no power in prayer?!?!?
the judge sided with my sister! also, the judge told the ex-husband off!!! told him that she didn't like that he wasted her time when the only evidence he had was letters the daughters wrote that he cohersed. also, told him that the mother can discipline her children any way she sees fit and he can't do anything about it. he was in violation of visitation and for taking matters into his own hands. he was told that he is to communicate with the mother properly or they would have to take an expensive class to teach them to get alone and communicate. i guess, he tried to manipulate the judge into taking his side but the judge caught on to that really quick and told him to return the kids immediately to their mother.
he brought the kids into court with him. totally disregarding the fact that you can't do that. so my sis brought them home with her. the father later was angry about it and told her that he's gonna find another judge and to get that judge to rule in his favor. lol there's only one judge that deals with custody cases. he don't know that tho.
the ex-husband's wife was alil upset with the whole thing too. i didn't really think it should matter to her but for some reason it really does. sooo, maybe, it was really all her doing just so she could benefit off child support. free money is deffinately hard to come by lol. she sure was really upset tho when they were in favor of my sis.
he will be seeing my sis again in court cuz her lawyer is counter suing him. and with good reasons. they need to change the way it's stated on her devorce papers. so custody is never in question again.
come to find out later, the girls wanted to come home sooner. they were just too afraid to tell their dad that. i don't blame them. my sis brought them over to my house and i told them both that maybe mom isn't mad at them but i am. they had us scared to death that we weren't ever gonna see them again. i told them both that they messed up big time. all just cuz they couldn't get what they want. i also told them that sometimes we just have to deal with our mistakes instead of running from them. cuz they could've lost everyone they love the most. i hugged them and told them that i love them very much and never wanted to lose them again. we did our crying and dried our eyes and had some fun together.
so all is good!!! :)
