she needs some help. either the cops are saying they can't do anything or cps says they can't do anything or legal aid doesn't return phone calls.
the ex-husband just thinks this is all fun and games. after he successfully kidnaps the two girls, he drives by her house with the oldest girl with him at 11:30pm. this is getting ridiculous! why the hell would he drive by her house when he already got what he wanted? what reason could he possibly have other than to harass her?
she has no money so she can't afford a lawyer. so, i guess what i'm really asking here is..............
can someone have the decency to help her out? is there a lawyer out there that can help her free of charge? or is it just gonna be like living in the ghetto? didn't see or hear anything? is there any lawyer out there that has the guts to stand up to him? as far fetched as it may seem but is there a lawyer out there with some compassion. it should be an easy case. she has documented everything since the divorce in the year 2000. every bit of the harassment to her and her family is all on paper.
please! legal aid will not return her phone calls and she needs some serious help. she's been going through this for years now and it's not gonna get any better.

Sometimes your state representitives Congress and House of Rep.can help as long as the court orders give mom full custody. Photos of the child in the car of course are helpful showing a date time stamp. Call the Bar association in your state and ask for a pro bono attorney. All lawyers are SUPPOSED to do pro bono work for indigent clients(voluntary of course!). I will presume your department of child welfare is a dead end on this issue as it is in most states. You must convey your feelings that the children are in imminant danger of abuse and haul out past violations to tresspass warnings etc. Social Services are being gutted in this country not to mention overwhelmed . I wish you the best.
