well, she met with the lawyer and he's taking her case. told her that she has nothing to worry about cuz he kidnapped them instead of going through the process first. the lawyer is going to do it for a much less retainer fee than what other lawyers were asking for and told her that she'll probably get some of that back. he said that the judge will probably favor her, seeing she did go throught the right channels and that it will be and open and shut case.
we can only hope and pray.....
