Can there be such a thing
such a thing as fate
such a thing as a soulmate
and such a thing as true love
and if there is
can I have it only with that one person
and what if that one person
was in my life before
and then fate or life
seperated us
just to make us find each other again
and then tear us apart again
if there is fate, and he is my soulmate
then I should not worry
because he will come back somehow
but what if I only wish it was that way
and I want him
and he wants me
but there is no such thing as fate
just life
that keeps us apart
and we keep on wishing on fate
to make it work
but maybe life is happening
as we wait for fate
and eventually
we realize
there is no such thing as soulmate
or fate
or true love
just actions and words and wishes and dreams
and it is to late to act and all is left are dreams
