Hi hoppity - Thanks for posting on my blog! Everything you said above makes perfect sense to me (except I would add "good coffee" to the list). I have a huge need for privacy and quiet and, fortunately, I get that in abundance in my present lifestyle. I work at home and don't know anyone yet here...
