| Making more contributions once I come here |

The huge time zone differences between China and America will not hamper my work anymore so I can make and receive much more business related phone calls everyday. Right now I am in China and I am not changing my bio clock because reversing day and night is very unhealthy and can cause cancer. So normally I can only make and receive business related phone calls between 16:00 to 07:00 Mountain Standard Time (My boss lives in Arizona, which is 15 hours behind China time). Most businesses close after 18:00 so I only have about 2 hours each day to make and receive business related phone calls. When I come to Arizona this number will be increased to about 8 hours. It doesn’t mean that I will spend 8 hours each day on the phone at all, but it means that the “window” of doing this is increased dramatically.
When I come to Arizona and work in our “home office” directly I will be able to communicate with my boss better and much longer each day. Right now I am only able to communicate with them a couple of hours each day by Skype (an online voice chat program). We also use E-mail, but nothing can compare to constant and face-to-face communication, which will increase my productivity tremendously and benefit our business a great deal, especially in the long run.
When I come to Arizona and work in our “home office” directly I will be able to increase my productivity a whole lot by having high-speed Internet access which is already installed in the “home office”. The supposedly high-speed Internet access in China is fairly fast for opening Chinese websites, but is slow in opening American websites. My job requires opening American websites 99.9 percent of the time. Also, Internet speed affects Skype’s voice quality greatly and we almost make all of our business calls using Skype for both convenience and expense saving reasons. As a result, having high-speed Internet access will improve my phone call quality with business related people as well as with customers, thus increasing my productivity and my quality of work.
