Presence and influence in the Mideast is important to the U.S. Mideast oil should be shared with the U.S. Presently competing countries in the Mideast want U.S. help and aid. Minority religious factions want to control the oil. They will only bring misery and war to their people. The leaders of these countries are corrupt and will eventually fall. The U.S. could help them but extreme Islamists entities will not let this happen. The U.S. should try and stay in the Mideast and build influence.
