awwe sweetie.... that is so harsh on yourself.... seven lb is a good job!! and i know the feeling at the same time..... i was a siz 16 at my heaviest and a size 0 in american eagle at my smallest!!! i am now a 2 so yeah.... i know what your goin thro... the "fat cow" stage is were im at right now...

hey there sweetie..... i totlally understand.... and it is a hardd thing to deal wtih other anas bc they critizice you for this kind of blog.... dont listen to them..... you control your body not htem .... in some ways i think the other anas are gealous.... they are afraid the new girls will be...

i agree with you sarahxxxfatty! this place was designed so we dont get judged for out thoughts and opinions...... then ppl bring that in here? pleas dont we get critisism enought in our daily lives ..... besides in the netherlands everybody is really skinny i think.....!

hey there.... i was totally you once upon a time..... but with a twist... i have tried to "quit anorexia/ bulimia" and i cant seem too i just gain weight then i want to die... so like you were sayin i just give in eventually cuz ana always wins..... i am also 5foot 4.... and i was once at 145.......

awwe sweetie.... hang in there .... if you know you are gonna eat cuz of stress go get some green tea packets and drink it either warm or ice cold, no in between, that way you willl keep a feeling of foolness.... also get ice berg lettuce(3 calories per ounce) cucumber(8 calories in a medium...
