its not your fault dont hate yourself everyone feels like that at sometime some people more often than others. once you get over him you will better. i know it seems like the hardest thing to do at the moment! but trust me once youre over him it will get better. everything happens for a reason...

eat healthier its not hard. dont starve your self because thats just dumb you just need to limit what you eat and make sure its healthy but make sure you treat youself every now and then :) hope you feel better
