hey i no its silly but when read what you just said about me i cried that is the nicest thing some one has said to me in a long time and it made me smile. il always carry that with because i know im not always the nicest person. have things picked up since? i hope they have!

everything happens for a reason. one day things will start to get better you will slowly get over everything that has happened. i know it isn't very comforting but one day you will realize why this has happened. hope things pick up! x

hey i think every one feels like that at one time. when did that feeling start after a traumatic experience, break up or death those are the main things which usually trigger this type of feeling! i hope you stop feeling like this soon p.s the best way 2 stop this is figuring out what caused this...
