It has been over two weeks since either child has called. We used to be so close and talk. I miss talking to you. Why are you so nasty? Do you know you are getting more and more like Him? He hurt us so much. How can you become him? You are so cruel to us. He was the same, his heart was made of stone. Do you remember how much you wanted to be with him? You are upset because I will not put up with another alcoholic/druggie? Change!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do you hate me so much? I have always been there for you and you know it!!!!!!!!!! Since you will not read this, I can say how I feel.
Look at the times throughout your life that I gave more than most parents. Remember the morning paper route and me getting up at 2 to get us out by 4? Do you remember all of the days I worked and how hard I tried to feed you and your sister? Do you two not care of my love for you and how much i miss you? Why do you treat me like shit? I am so darn sick and tired of kissing butts. I want to see you so much and the only times I can is when you can force yourself to show up. Do you even want to get together for the hollidays? Probably not. If you do not want to show, then stay far away. I am sick and tired of you not telling me that you love me. I did not try to be the perfect mother but I wanted to provide for you and to let you know that you were/are loved. The both of you are acting so cold and heartless.
If you read this, you sure will never talk again. Is that not strange? Either way, I will not see you. If you do not care, just tell me and get it over with. If my love makes you so friken sick, tell me. Why do you hate me so much? Why? What did I do that was so wrong? See, I worked, and did everything a mother and dad would do for their children. It sure was not easy when your dad and I divorced but he would have abused both of you more than he did divorced. I love you but to heck with you if you cannot tell me that you love me. If you want to yell at me for no reason at all, turn and walk away. You just do not care !

Maybe they are just growing up and being the responsible adults you brought them up to be. There is a time when all children do leave the nest. Try not to take it personal just under stand that they have their own lives and they are living them. Good luck and I hope this helps. Stay Safe.
