This is so great and can have so many meanings. Each meaning comes with the situation that is with you at the time needed.
: "To obey is better than the sacrafice."
THINK
If we obey, will we have to sacrafice?
If we obey, will we stop others from having problems?
Ok, I obey by putting all in our Lord's hands. That means that I am obeying our Lord by not interferring in His works. My son has many problems. I confronted him and that was it. I put son into our Lord's hands and, as much as I want, I have not contacted son because if I do, I could be hurting and interferring in God's plans for son.
I am obeying and feel great that I am sacraficing my son and giving him to our Lord. By sacraficing my son, I know the Lord is working in son and son will be ok. He will not be ok if I call and interfer with sons thoughts.
How great.
To obey is so much better than the sacrafice.
