I always hear the phrase, "What is wrong with children these days?"
I have an answer to those out there that want to hear it!! Ready? THE PARENTS!!! That is the answer to that question. Why do I say that? Well, it's simple.... most people don't even know where their children are while they're at work...and they don't care to find out... some kids are out shooting others in schools and other places, maybe in gangs or doing some sort of drugs, or all of the above. I also blame the Government because they want to totally take punishment out of the home... how rediculous is that!!!!! Now, I am not one to believe in "time out"....how stupid!!!!!! What exactly does that do? Well, I'll tell ya what that does....it just gives them time to themselves to think up something else to do to annoy you, or get even with you. The person that needs a time out is the parents!!! I do believe in spanking, but, not out of anger, that turns to beating.... so the parents need a time out to calm down, then take action. I mean, if parents would punish their children in a loving manner, we would have a better society. The phrase, "This will hurt me more than it will you" should be true, because you know you don't want to spank your child, but know it is necessary to let them know it is wrong what they did. Everyone wonders why their kids are brats, GO LOOK IN THE MIRROR!! You are the one that molds them how they are...so, there you are...you have a brat...change your way of discipline, you are the boss, not your child.

I agree with you the parents are responsible for what they did ask for from God..which is a family and children and God bless us with them now its our responsibility to do what is right according to what the bible says about marriage, bringing up children in a godly way, the real confusion is when you take God principals out of your home, and allow the world or govenment to make your decisions you become a subject to their ways total control.
Example: If your boss does not take reponsibility of the business and staff not only will he/she be sacked but cause problems for everyone else who works there.Now how many of us would like to work under people like that?..not me that why some people nearly change one job to another not only for money but bad management.
Parents you are responsible under God to fullfill our duties.and give him thanks. When we apply these principals in our children and family no social services or the devil can touch you, becuase there is so much protection and bond among each of us under God..now that what I call a blessed home..claim our children back under God

Yes, I had good parents. We cannot rely on outside government ; we must relyy on community

you must be careful with community as well...for they can also get your children to do things they shouldn't do...smoke, drugs, drinking, bad attitudes..ect. In the old days, if someone saw your child doing something they shouldn't, well then, they just took them and gave them a good whipping on the backside...but now, you can't do that, so today, the only way is through God and His word.
