 Continuing in class
Here we are in Day 4 and I am still thinking back to Day 2 when Worldprism became the method for exploring the cultural influences on our ways of relating, regulating, and reasoning. The differences in the room ot only showed considerable contrast but allowed us to learn about each other as cultural beings. One very fun moment was the exploring the differences between Francophone and Anglophone Canadians. So now we know how to deal with each other, right?

Remember we are working in virtual teams--our differences emerged all the time and we had to work hard to take them into account and function effectively. We became very adept at using our cultural tendencies as an explanation but not as an excuse for breakdowns in communication. The learning kept happening.
