Isn't that what the Buddah said? Find out for yourselves. And that was how many years ago? We are in evolution. Evolution isn't something that took place long ago it is an ongoing process which we are in. It is also very very slow and unless there is a catastrophe, we are zapped and then we will change pronto.

well said. Good read on your blog about the 13 year old cancer patient, too. I was just reading about the warrant for the mother's arrest. Even though I agree with you and tend to think that I would do the same, I wonder if I would. Both choices take courage.

Who knows what any of us would choose to do to help our sick child, but the key word is "choose" and what's happening right now is the courts are ruling that a mother does NOT have the right to make that choice, but they do, and that is disgusting, and not a good sign of what is to come. Sets a dangerous precident.

Thank you for the support!

"See these books and teachers for what they really are; tools for self empowerment to do your own healing, to determine your own path in this life...THAT is the way to change this world for the better."

Part of the path to awaken (for most people) is to go through the seeking stage; looking outside of themselves for fulfillment and happiness. It is futile, but the search must be made, sometimes until exhaustion causes the person to give up. You yourself mentioned doing the same thing. It is a necessary step in most people's growth, and you're right, some of us stay in that outside search our entire lives, not realizing that what we seek is what we are.

Yes, and I myself also mention that there is a difference between seeking and worshipping. That's my crucial point. You can and should investigate the truth and be open to all resources and points of view, but surrenduring your power to another or worshipping someone as above you or greater than you...THAT, to me, is futile.

Then we are in agreement.

Ah I can finally read your blog, hurray!! Anyway, you know I already agree and LOVE what you said. We are sheep, and people like you are necessary for helping to whack the sheep on the head and get them to wake up and realize what is going on! Not saying that is your responsibility, it is theirs, but people like you help the situation move along much nicer.
