This is BRILLIANT! First, it makes me really want to learn to play chess now because it sounds so interesting and focused...second, I had a very similar experience with marathon training and having to admit I wasn't enjoying that anymore and my whole goal had been to do it all with joy. So I...

well, raw foodies don't drink coconut milk, that's not so healthy, but young coconut meat and young coconut water definitely are...tasty too! Fit for Life is old enough (mid 80s I think) that it's been in paperback for ages and you can usually even find it at bookstores and drugstores super...

and Sat Kriya too! ;) Fit for Life was written by a (then) couple, Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. It is honestly one of the most comprehensive and remarkable nutrition books out there, tons of info. I recommended it to a pro NHL Strength & Conditioning coach after a lengthy chat where he was...

Oh my Lord...if you do not know who Che Guevara is I URGE you to research it...he was a revolutionary who was ultimately murdered by the CIA because too many world leaders listened to him, respected him and agreed with him, and he sought to take down the capitolist system and help the oppressed...
