I should do this. I tried. Once. But was too weak and started eating cookies after a couple hours. I felt bad afterwards though *sigh*

well, you started doing what, the Master Cleanser? That's not what I'm doing really, it's a fruit fast with a MC morning really, so it's not as difficult, but it's always a very big undertaking to do a cleansing fast, it's something you need to ease into mentally and physically. Personally, when cravings hit, I like to do yoga, Kundalini particularly, because that really helps a lot. There's no reason anyone "should" do a fast, but if you feel it's something that will benefit your health, it's worth the committment. I would never suggest it as a weight loss tactic though. Strictly for detoxing, cleansing and giving your body a break. ;)
