Yes this has happened to me. Mine was me and my friend got in a big fight. Because i thought she had been lying to me. So i said "maybe we shouldnt be friends anymore." And for that weekend i didnt talk to her. I checked my phone so offten to see if she txted me. Nothing, so on sunday i asked her friend for her number. I txted her and told her "the past few days have been hell not talking to you." We had a long talk and we were both not ready to give up on our friendship. So i said why not just start over. So we did, and now we are the greatest friends again. We both grew up a bit.

Dont give up on your friend. I know being ignored is a hard thing. But not talkin must be tarrible. Try talkin it out and see what happens.

high school is like that, i would know from experience.
i used to have this best friend (yeah, right) who decided when i became friends with someone else as well as her, that we shouldn't be friends. she did this so many times, and always a couple of days later she would decide she missed me and beg for us to be friends again.
we never actually talked it through properly, so even though i (sort of) forgave her, for a variety of reasons our friendship ended.

what i'm trying to say is talk about it. don't just leave it and assume your side of the story is the only one and that you're right. eventually it will all build up if you gus do start talking again, and it will cause irreparable damage.
