And, like you, I expected everything to be better. For so long I thought that having a perfect body would fix everything. But alas, everything still felt so awful. And the realization that having a great body wasn't going to fix everything actually made things even worse. And now I've pretty much quit trying. "my head feels like a war zone" I feel the same way.
