First, let me start by declaring myself a blog novice. I am a journal keeper from years ago, back when pen and paper were still in vogue (well I'm not that old, but technology keeps its own pace).

So things are doom and gloom in my relationship world.  If you could summise from my previous posts, there has been a shift in my relationship with my husband (of not even six months).  He has recently taken to partying all night, any night - weeknights, alone, or if nothing better comes up (nb an evening with his beautiful (if I do say so myself) wife wife rates amongst the nothing better).

So why I don't I just raise this with him?  A solid relationship is built on a foundation of trust and communication?

My issues concerns fall on deaf ears.  I get the line "there's heaps of arseholes out there, so you don't know how good you've got it".

Which is an insult to my intelligence - as if I'd marry an arsehole.
