not literally afraid, but it was easier than trying to reexplain myself and defend myself and argue with people who didn't really want to hear my side. It's my blog, it should be fun. I was just getting irritated. Not fun.

Besides that's not the kind of attention I'm after.

Thanks. My point had to do with meaningful sex and the role in plays in meaningful relationships. It was quickly devolving from that point and no amount of argument and contention would bring it back. Was easier to just let it go. I didn't mind the expression of opinion, just the contentious taunting manner. I want to be drama-free. It just seemed the best thing to do.

i object. esp about the freak comment. sexuality and speaking about it aint a freaks perogative only- its an intrinsic part o being human.

The topic wasn't a freak show, and the validity of speaking frankly about it wasn't a freak show. It was the realization that no matter what I said was going to be manipulated and miscontsrued and disregarded--on my own blog--and contentiously, that was the freak show. Not going there.

I had a feeling there would be 'hell to pay' for expressing your opinion. Such a touchy subject (sorry about the pun). You can share your opinions anytime you like, but I understand what you mean about the drama. Yikes! Duck! Some things get way over personalized by others (have done it myself) when it is not about them.

Oh well... sounds like you performed a lab, about being sure you want the answer before you pose the question. I hope you weren't put aback to much by what you learned of us in your Thoughts community. Sux you didn't leave it up since not only was your point valid but so were some of the comments (including mine, *shameless self promotion*) you shoulda in my opinion just deleted those that offend you as it is your blog. Well best wishes on a porn free life.
