Hey kiddo,
One thing I've learned in my 53 years is that change is constant in life. By this I mean you may wanna die or hurt someone or do something crazy cause you hurt so much inside. When you're feeling like this remind yourself that this to will pass. Imagine yourself being happy....

Darlin, I know it's not cool, but if you are afraid of gettin' beat-tp you should let people know. Especially a teacher or an adult you trust. This kind of thing can lead to shoot outs so it's very very serious. I feel for ya.
