		Usually pick it up off of them & get bad/nasty/negative myself.

		I refuse to change my energy to theirs. I force them to either meet me in my positive attitude or run away. Always ready to welcome them back if they match my energy.

		I always say "SMILE Man, it might make me hate you less." Brightens their mood everytime.

		If it realy bad and realy bothers me I smile too. After hitting them quite hard, sometimes I smile first too. That way they don't know its coming.
