It seems to me that my perception of men is a little skewed.  Don't get me wrong Im not even 30 yet it seems that some (I will not generalize and say all) men have gotten lazy to some extent.  I remember when I was younger real men would bust there humps to provide for their families.  When things needed to be done they would do them.  Now its like they do not even care and will not take ownership of thing until someone nags at them.  Now again I understand they are not all like this.  Crazy thing is I have been married for  almost 6 years and my husband has alot of this going on.  He recently got out of the military and has been looking for work and I have been trying to be supportive but its hard when I have been working for 8+ hrs a day then come home to him sitting on the couch playing video games or watching Sports Center.  I will give it to him he has been applying for jobs, going on interviews etc. BUT still he isnt doing that ALL day long!  He lives there just as I do, so he sees that there are some loads of laundry that need to be done or that dinner needs to be cooked etc.  I mean how can a man sit on the couch and watch his wife come in through the door from working and do nothing but stare at the TV out of guilt since he has done nothing, but then the next day its the same thing.  *Sigh*  At anyrate maybe I am just stressed and I know things will get better but I just want him to be a little more considerate. 

P.S. I know there are some lazy, unappreciative women out there as well.
