Man have you ever had one of those days when in the mornings you are going, going, gone have a lot of energy then by the time mid day hits you are crashing and burning. Well that is me today! I can barely keep my eyes open. I went to bed late Friday, Satuday and last night then had to pop up early this morning because I had alot of folks call in today! That's the life my boss has been out of the office for the past two week and low and behold everything has been running smoothly until today the day before she comes back. Actually I must say it hasn't been all bad. I had a group pow wow with the 5 of us that are here, motivated the team and gave them their roles! Actually we are back to smooth sailing. Can we say...I'm ready for a raise. lol
