Well I haven't blogged in a few days just thought I' better get up to speed. lol Hubby got a job my fingers are crossed because the background check is usually where it all falls apart. However, I have faith that everything will be ok. God doesn't bring us this far to watch us fail and everything should be a learning experience.
In the same breathe I can say sometimes I honestly think my husband just doesn't get it, you ask what is it. I mean just that "it" life the wonderful factor or common sense. I think he lacks it at time maybe he doesnt but he pretends well. You know honestly he has common sense but his own selfishness often over rules good judgement. By that I mean if you have read any of my previous post you will see our financial struggles recently. Well my daughter and I were headed to church and I couldnt find my sandals so she looked in the closet and said "mommy whats this?" It was a box in bubble wrap I wasnt sure so I opened it and low and behold a brand new pair of Nike's $100 Nikes. You can imagine my level of anger and pisstivity at this point. BUT I kept my composure and went on about my day all the while thinking you know the situation why would you blow unemployment money on that. You arent getting ready to go play anybody's basketball.
Well I went two days without saying much at that point there isn't much to say. We have been down this road before of you lusting over material things. I'm more concerned about keeping the lights on and the car from being repossed so we can get to work etc. Well of course like any lying man he says "they arent mine I am holding them for my cousin!" Again CRAP!
I have chosen to pick my battles he see's whats going on around him no sense in me being the only one walking around pissed off. My attitude now has totally thrown him for a loop. Just how I like it
