Wow, it seems like forever since I blogged. It’ been a lot going on but at the same time not that much. Well I love my job however, I have made plenty of friends here but one, I swear to God has gotten on my last nerve. She for the most part always has an attitude about any and everything and it drives me nuts. I want to just say “Grow up and get over it.” Things don’t go her way… she gets an attitude. If she is overwhelmed with work instead of her saying she needs help, what happens….she gets an attitude.
I am in the process of being promoted and when that is finalized I will be her and two other employees’ supervisor and I am DREADING it. Not them so much but just dealing with her attitude, we have had numerous meetings with her on it. Her next step is to be written up. I have tried to talk to her about it as a friend but she just gets defensive *sigh* why don’t people get it.
I warned her that things aren’t always going to go her way and she her attitude will hinder her career and she shouldn’t let it. She is one that wears her emotions on her sleeve no matter what she is feeling everyone knows it.
*SSSSSSSIIIIIIGGGGGGGHHHHHHH* any suggestions on how to over come this mini mountain.
