 Broken Toe
I lost it. I just lost it, I kicked a wall in the heat of frustration and broke my toe!! And now I feel like the biggest a$$ in the world, hobbleing around with a big blue shoe. I did it one week ago, which means I have 5 weeks left until I'll most likely feel better. Never in my life have I broken a bone, never in my life. I dont know why I get so frustrated, it's like I feel up with emotions and they explode out and i hit things. Ususally I don't hit things that hard though, usually I just have topay a little more attention to my hand and it distracts me. I think that's why I do it, when I was a kid I used to cut and that would distract me having to take care of it. I wonder if this is just an old habit developed into a new problem. I need to learn to remain in control of my emotions. I'm sure this experience will make me think twice before I ever do anything SO stupid again.
