For those who don't know, the Mets and Yanks are playing this weekend. We are 1-2...we got one more game tomorrow, it would be sweet if we won. I am stopping myself from saying anything negative about the yankees cause the fuckers are good...but, if the yankees win, i will get tortured by every yankee fan in my life. I don't feel like hearing how much the Mets suck anymore, you know? If we tie, at least we can call it even.
I learned about a new martial arts form called Silat...very interesting...I do have to admit I have a slight obession with ninjas. But the way they are in touch with their minds, amazes me...I want to learn how they do it.
Quick Rant: So they ripped the roads of this major highway that I use and haven't paved it in about 3 weeks...this really sucks because the manholes are raised up so you gotta be careful with the tires. I hit one today, and I scuffed my rim. This upsets me. Why rip up the road and leave it that way? That doesn't make sense... I have nice rims. materialistic? Not really, I just like driving nice cars.

Good luck to the Mets. I'm in the same place. The Cubbies are up against the Sox for the second series of the year. We swept them at home, but now we are down 0-2 at U.S. Cellular. If we get swept it will make my life as a Chicagoan a living hell for awhile.
