Good morning friends! I would like to first start by saying...please, please, please, continue to pray for our good friends, Richard and Lael Grylls and their baby girl, Anna. She is just about 15 months and is in need of your prayers. She drowned on Sun. and is still in the hospital in serious condition. God can work a miracle and bring her back to full health!
As for our family, many of you know that we were headed to Colorado for a promotion for Phillip, with his company. Things have changed. We are going to stay here in Houston and continue to do the job from here. We are a little disappointed, due to the fact that we were sooooo excited about the change of weather! A REAL winter would have been wonderful! Snow, snow snow! I guess we will just have to go on vacation.
Our house is still on the market. We want to go ahead and move up to the Conroe area, to be closer to Phillip's office and his duck hunting buddies. LOL
I get to go to Albuquerque in October for the Balloon Fiesta and to see Melissa and her daughter, Brittany. I am super excited about that! YAY! It can't come quick enough for me.
I am currently looking into Montessori schools here for Victoria. I can't believe it! She is old enough to go to school. I was going to keep her at home and teach her here, but I think she would benefit from being with other kids. Although, she did not enjoy Sunday School when I put here in her class there. She immediately started crying so hard that she made herself throw up. I felt so bad. When I took her to the car to change her clothes, she kept saying, NO KIDS! She was very adamant that she did not want to play with the kids. She only loves Ryan and the boys, she says. I wish we lived closer! LOL
Well, I am off for now! Please remember to pray for Anna Grylls and her beautiful family. I will keep you posted on her condition. Richard has a blog on this sme site and she is top of the list, if you are interested to read it. rgrylls is the username.
Thanks to all!
With love,
Laura
