So here I sit on the 3rd day with my Apple. I am so used to using Phillp's work computer, which is a Dell. I love that computer. It did what I wanted, but it also shut down quite a bit, too. That was aggravating to me. Sooooo, Phillip took me out to the Apple store and purchased a MacBook, IPod, new printer, and the 3 year service plan for me. Great, right? Wrong. I was sooo frustrated! We have an Apple in our computer room, but I never got used to it and when Phillip brought his work computer home, I would jump on that, like dogs on steak bone! Anyway, Mon. I took all the stuff and went to the Apple store and said, "Here...I hate it and I want my money back!" Of course there was a 10% restock fee involved, but I thought why have this "awesome" computer sitting there not being used. So the restock fee was being looked at like a rental fee for 2 weeks. Ugh! The lady was SO nice. She calmed my frustration and offered me free One to One classes, one 1 hour class per week for 52 weeks. She gave me 2 this week already and they taught me quite a bit in just an hour. She added 1 week to my receipt so I could still take it back if I want to, but I think that I will just go ahead and learn more and learn to love it like I everyone that has an Apple does. Good luck to me! I learned about pictures and I Photo. So far, I can make a slideshow and dvd out of my pics. Yay!
