 Funky Cold Medina...

...is a great song to walk to.  I realize that the mere mention of this song will throw some into confusion and some right back to the place that they first heard this song.  Back to the screams on the dance floor when it came on.  Hahaha.

My stupid Ipod has been messed up for some time.  It plays 3 songs and then stops.  We have done everything.  So...now that I am losing weight and finally on the right track in my life, I really love to have my Ipod when I exercise.  Brick House and Boogie Wonderland can push me a little farther on my walk.  You can't tell that I am a child of the 70's and 80's can you?!

Now for the great part of the day.  My hubby is so proud of my hard work and weight loss, he came home from work last night and handed me a brand new Ipod Nano that he had bought on his lunch hour.  It is my motivation gift, my "I love you and you can do this" gift.  Sorry ladies, he is mine forever.  I was stunned and giddy.  I filled it with my funky music walking list and guess what...

I am going for a walk.  Can't wait.
