I need to learn patience anyway. heh. (posted in retirement.) If you aren't sleeping that might be a major part of your problem. People don't realize how serious not being able to sleep is, it really can make life miserable. The sleeping pills though are probably a bad idea. Have you tried valerian root extract? (posted in Has my sanity fled me?) People can really suck, I dated a guy for two months last year only to find out that he was married. A lot of things run through your mind when you get backstabbed but don't act on them. Something that you think you can never get past will become less hurtful with time. Killing yourself is a permanent solution to a very temporary problem. The best thing you can do is go jogging. A lot. It sounds dumb but it worked for me. Excercise is a healthy form of masochism. I hope better luck and better people come your way.
