There are some crazy taxi drivers out there.
I was trying to hit up Homeplus quickly to get back to school for our teacher's meeting and decided the best way about it would to cab over there. The first taxi I got had this old man who pretended to not understand me. Even when I wrote the name down for him! If he was going to be all frustrating why even bother stopping for me? So I got out and was mad about wasting my time. But, the good part was that the next taxi that stopped for me not only understood me and my directions but also spoke English.
And I made it to the meeting in time too, which was useless as usual and of course didn’t talk about the issues that really need to be dealt with. That’s a hagwon for you.
PS. It is also like Desert hot right now. ...well not that bad, but still annoyingly hot.
