My job is pretty demanding at times. I am an assistant office manager but it seems like im my boss' go to girl. It is a small business and so at times it can be really unorganized. I started about a year ago as office help there was another office manager there and she seems pretty overwelmed now that I think about it. Well anyway my job is to handle customer compalaints that don't deal with refunds, training and dispatching the technitions out to their next job it's pretty easy but it seems like days off have become a distant memory. I am constantly working 12 hour days because the boss has better things to do so i'm stuck there sometimes from 7am to 730pm and that sucks because if you work all the time it is hard to handle your personal business and not just that my boss doesn't even ask me to close he just says I'll be back and sometimes never returns. I don't mind working but I think he is taken advantage of me. My boss' wife does the things that I don't do like payroll and refunds and the schedule. She has her own small business to tend to so she doesn't do what she has to do at our office which is making my job harder. I got in this position behind and had to put 2 months worth of invoices in the system I had to ask her to do that because she wasn't doing it and it would have made my job easier. I was off saturday and I went to pick up my check my boss asked me to close before I could say anything he told me he would give me extra money cash to stay and close. I hope he doesn't think he can always pay me off to do something extra but you know I took the money shit, I need anything extra but anyway thanks for reading talk to you tommorow
