| Linkin Park - My December

Just came back from an amazing LInkin Park concert in Bonner Springs, KS. I've always wanted to see LInkin Park live and never had a chance until now to see them. I usually tend to listen to music that's not mainstream, but I've always enjoyed Linkin Park as they became popular with a taste of music that was different. Of course...this was the kind of music that came at the right time and place and hit big fast.
Like i've said, we all have our own specific music taste, and i'm just here to help you on your way to define your music. You dont have to enjoy Linkin Park or this song, but then you'll just have to wait until next week and my next song! The song that i'm using, My December, was not a song played in the concert and it's not as mainstream as many of their other songs. I think this song allows me to hit a middle ground with this blog, since most are familiar with Linkin park but not many know of this song, and i think it has it's own taste that sets it apart.
The reason that I enjoy Linkin Park so much is due to the fact that they focus a lot on different instruments and they have a great creative mind for music. Each of their three top mainstream albums have had a different sound and musical taste to it that cannot be said for most of the other bands out there. I heard something once that over sixty songs were made in order to create their last album, "Minutes to Midnight". I have no idea if it's true or not, but if it is, it means that Linkin Park is famous due to their love of music and their want to create only the best songs for their albums.
