Wow that is soooooo great hun! Both your 7 am run and eatting 1065 calories today! See you really do loose more weight and healthy weight when you eat right and work out...You also build muscel, which helps you loose actual body fat, faster. Yet just to warn you so you do not panic, when eatting healthy and not starving yourself or binging and purging, along with working out, you will put on weight first. It is just muscel so do not freak out. Than after a month or so of doing this every other day or everyday, you will see a weight drop and even better a lower % of body fat. For when you are eatting right and working out, you will weight more than you do by being "Ana" and "Mia", but your actual body fat will be lower, than if you were "Ana" and "Mia", you will also most importanly be much healthier and happier!!!!

Keep up the great work!!! You just gave me the modivation to go on a morning run tomorrow before work at 10:00 am!!!! Thanks hunnie! So tomorrow I will be up at 7:00 am to go on a 3 1/2 mile - 4 mile run (about 35 to 40 minutes), than come back home and eat some breakfast and than get ready for work for 10:00 am. Yay!

makes you feel so great when you find a good amount of calories for yourself. me i am comfortable at 500 at the moment but I have a hell of a lot more to loose.
healthy is always better. you'll look better in the end as well! just do some research and work out what you need to eat in order to get all of yor nutrients for the day! that will make you feel even more energetic!

that's awesome! this inspires me so much to just stay on track. Im trying so hard to just keep exercising and get back in shape and eat better. Im trying so hard to eat better, not purge and get back in shape. Over summer I was working out so much and in such great shape (even though I wasn't necessarily healthy) but since getting to school, I haven't been able to exercise and there wasn't really anyone here to worry about me so i kinda slipped up. But this is such an inspiration to get healthy again and try to recover.
