 YES--strong, not sore
Yesterday's 4 miler--- on the track--how fabulous. I think I could have gone on forever. True, my legs were practically numb from the previous two days' runs. It just made it feel like I was floating on air.  Day before that: Note to self: co. road 15=heaven.

Picture me on the track, beach towel & all, toting 10 pound weights, water bottles galore. My heaven. Before my run, I just laid out and read Runner's Mag. ...It was a long weekend well spent.

Today, I'm shocked b/c my legs feel strong, not sore at all !!! ...I took plenty of vitamins this weekend so I hope that this will be key to feeling like this in the future too!

I accidentally pressed fwd. on the Ipod & it went to a song I'd never heard before (Plumb) and I actually loved it. So I listen to one song over & over for each mile. That's how it goes lately. 50cent AyoTechnology and Plumb Damaged were by far my favorite yesterday. :)

Now if I were only 15 pounds lighter, I'd actually be a really good runner. Which I was thinking, if I were that, would I be even happier in life? Yes is the answer so I'm going to try to concentrate on that. Like today, go to the gym no matter what--- even if only for 10 minutes on a machine.
No matter what. Picking up some exercise books at the library today. :)
